What Silence Carries
A thesis pamphlet exploring female rage, domestic silence, and the grief that builds when nothing is expressed.
Made through burning, staining, tearing, and layering. Not as aesthetic choices, but as reflections of how grief and rage accumulate over time, especially within domestic spaces, especially in bodies that have learned not to show it.
Words like grief, silence, erasure, and rage move through the pages not as definitions but as presences. Some text is clear. Some is obscured or interrupted.
The work asks what happens when repressed grief has nowhere to go. Female rage not as an outburst but as a slow accumulation rooted in invisibility, domestic labor, and long-term silence. What is not expressed does not disappear. It builds, and it returns in other forms.
